At Dokan Ward, our goal is for every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Eligibility

Most unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags, dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the Contact page, WhatsApp, or email published on this website.
2. Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

Exchanges

When stock allows, we are happy to help with an exchange for another size, color, or piece of equivalent value. If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the balance using your original payment method when possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider and typically appears within several business days after we confirm the return.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, personalized pieces, and products marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Please check the product page and your order confirmation for any special notes.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
