This Shipping Policy explains how Dokan Ward prepares, dispatches, and delivers your orders in Egypt and internationally.

Order processing

We carefully prepare every order before it leaves our atelier. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.

Delivery times

• Cairo & Giza: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities in Egypt: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive tracking details once your package ships.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery windows are guides, not guarantees.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply based on order value, destination, or active campaigns.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information when available. Use that reference to follow your package with the courier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping name, phone number, and address at checkout. Dokan Ward is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

Failed delivery & customs

If a courier cannot complete delivery, they will usually attempt contact or leave a notice. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country.
